Sales Operations Specialist

The Role

This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a world-class Sales Operations team to support B+P’s future business growth in North America. This is an operational business role where you will be working closely with the Sales Operations team to positively contribute to our customers’ experience, providing you scope for professional and personal development. The goal is to ensure excellent service standards and maintain high customer satisfaction – we are looking for a candidate who is genuinely excited to help and delight our customers during all sales and post-sales procedures.

Responsibilities

· Assisting B2B customers (Dealer & Trade) with requests/queries relating to: orders, proformas, stock levels, technical information, returns, refunds and payments;

· Trade Account Applications: Setting up new customers on Woo and Netsuite and sending welcome packs;

· Chandelier Orders; Liaising with the customer on the drawing specification until approved. Intermediary between customer and development team on provision of the drawings to final sign off. Input of information on Trello and chasing relevant parties to ensure timely provision of product to the customer. Raising of the SO and liaising with Supply Chain and PO and lead time for delivery;

· Special orders and project management of larger orders following procedure on allocation of stock and liaising with Supply Chain on raising separate PO for those orders;

· Managing logistic information by coordinating with 3PL and setting customer expectations;

· Providing additional support in coordinating with dealers when it comes to placing POs and ensure they are provided with accurate and up-to-date resources/materials;

· Assisting in payment collection and account reconciliation;

· Reinforcing the company’s customer service strategies and after-sales support;

· Back Order Report Utilization – checking that customers have been informed of lead times and that Supply Chain are aware of any items showing out of stock which are showing as in stock on NetSuite
