Can I use non-LED bulbs with with an LED dimmer?

Yes. Our LED dimmer also works with mains voltage incandescent and halogen lamps.

Do other aftermarket bulbs work with B+P dimmer switches?

It’s best to check the technical specification of your chosen dimmer for a list of compatible loads. We try to offer a broad compatibility but cannot always guarantee optimum performance with every bulb on the market.

Can I have a dimmer and a toggle on the same plate?

Our current UK switches and dimmers range cannot accommodate mixed switches on a plate. Get in touch with our sales team and ask to be kept in the loop about future availability.

Can I install two dimmer switches on the same circuit?

Sadly not. The mechanics of a dimmer switch mean that only one can be used per circuit. You can add regular two-way or intermediate switches to the same circuit, to switch on and off from other locations.

When should I install an intermediate switch?

An intermediate switch is used when the same lighting circuit is going to be controlled from more than two locations.

Go you sell more than a 1G intermediate toggle switch?

Right now, our intermediate switch is only available as a 1G. Drop our sales team a line to be in the loop when other options become available in the future.

What is the difference between 1-way, 2-way and 3-way switching?

In the UK, a 1-way switch can control a single lighting circuit from one location. (you can also use a 2-way switch for 1-way applications.)
A 2-way switch can control a lighting circuit, but also allows additional switches to control the same circuit from multiple locations.
A 3-way (or intermediate switch) must be used to bridge between 2-way switches on circuits controlled from three or more switches in different locations.

Are your products suitable for use outside the UK?

The majority of our UK range is approved and certified and therefore suitable for use in Europe. Please check the technical specification for specific products, or enquire with our customer service team for a list of suitable regions. For dimmers, outlets and switches, we do also have a dedicated EU range. Contact our sales team for more information this collection.

Can your electricity products be used in a bathroom?

Our lights are IP20 rated, which means they are suitable for use in a bathroom but only in zone 2. Further technical information can be found in the full technical specification for each product. If you’re in any doubt, we advise enlisting the help of a fully certified electrician.

Will the brass and smoked bronze products age?

Our brass finish is coated with a hard-wearing lacquer to protect the product. The smoked bronze is a ‘living finish’, which ages beautifully over time with you and your home. (Please note, all finishes are prone to ageing.)

Do you provide samples?

Buster + Punch does not currently offer free full-size product samples. You’re welcome to order the desired product via our website and return it unused within 14 days of receipt for a full refund.

Are any of your products suitable for use externally?

Unfortunately, none of our products are suitable for use externally.

How do I clean my B+P product?

Regular cleaning is recommended and easy to do. Use a damp microfibre cloth to gently clean your product. If you experience a stubborn stain, grab a soft-bristled toothbrush to remove anything trapped in the knurling. We strongly advise against using cleaning products and soaps on products as they may be harmful to the lacquer and overall appearance. Scrubbers and brushes with metal bristles should also be avoided.

When cleaning something close to your Buster + Punch product, a door or drawer front for example, take care to avoid cross-contamination if you’re using a cleaning product or soap. If you get any onto the metal, wash off with warm water and a soft cloth.

How do I sign up to be notified when an item is back in stock?

Please select the size and colour of the product you would like to purchase. There will be a notify me button in purple – enter your email address, and you will be contacted as soon as the item is back in stock.

Do you have any discount codes running?

We are not currently running any discount codes. You can sign up for our newsletter to stay up to date on new products, launches and promotions in the future.

Do I need an account to place an order?

No, you can choose to checkout as a guest.
However, you must have a registered account in order to make a return. Other benefits of signing up for an account include order tracking, reviewing past orders, saving address details, and managing email preferences.

I have forgotten my password?

If you have forgotten your password, please click the ‘forgot your password’ link on the login screen and follow the instructions. Please note that, if you are trade customer, then you need to do this from the trade login page.

Do you offer bespoke solutions?

Bespoke orders / projects need to be sent to where I team will assist you further.

Can I find out when a product is back in stock?

If a product is in stock the ‘add to basket’ button on the product page will be active.
if we currently do not have stock then there will be an option to pre-order along with an estimated availability date. (Please note that when pre-ordering, the order will not ship until all items are in stock.)
You can also sign up for email notifications when a product is back in stock.

Where are B+P kitchens manufactured?

All our components for kitchens are Handmade and assembled in the UK.

How long is the standard lead time?

Each kitchen is made to order and takes between 10-12 weeks.

What are the cabinet doors made of?

They are made up of a 18mm FSC- certified wood composite, hand sprayed with five layers of textured lacquer offering a finger mark resistant finish.

Can I buy appliances from B+P too?

Yes, you can choose from various high end appliance brands and have them delivered with your kitchen.

What is caesarstone?

It is composed of 90% ground quartz and 10% resins and pigments. When combined, they form a hard and durable surface. Caesarstone worktops are incredibly impenetrable, dense and resilient for long-lasting quality, they are harder, stronger and safer than marble, granite and other natural stones.

Are the worktops heat resistant?

Caesarstone quartz is heat resistant, but we do recommend using a trivet for high temperatures, i.e. – pots direct from a high heat. We also offer dekton which benefits from being highly heat resistant, stain resistant and scratch resistant.

Do you ship overseas?

We currently do not offer kitchens outside the UK.

Do you offer installation?

Buster + Punch offered the full key turn service from drawing to the delivery and dry installation.

What is dry installation?

Dry installation is the fitting of the cabinets, fronts, frame and templating of the worktop, however the appliances will not be installed and tested, you will be responsible to organize electricians and plumbers to fully fit and test the goods.

How can I track my order?

The tracking link will be emailed to you as soon as your order has left our warehouse.

When will my order be shipped?

Estimated delivery times can be found on the product page based on your location.
Shipping times vary by delivery address. Delivery within the UK can take between 1-2 working days from dispatch. For delivery to Europe, it can take between 3-5 working days from dispatch. Deliveries to other international countries can take between 5-10 working days from dispatch. Bank holidays, national holidays and peak seasonal shipping periods will result in longer delivery times.

What is my order status?

Our virtual assistant can provide the status of your order. Enter ‘order status’ and, when prompted, enter the order number and order email address. If the order has been shipped you will also receive the tracking number.

Can I cancel my order?

My order has arrived and is damaged – what do I do?

Firstly, we are sorry you have received a damaged item. Please contact our customer service team at In order to determine the actual problem and resolve the situation effectively to your satisfaction, kindly provide the following information where applicable:

– Sales Order Number (if known)
– Full description of the product including finish
– Images of the faults including a short video of any non working parts
– Confirmation of where the product is installed

Can I pay for my order over the phone?

How do I return an item?

You can return your order using our Returns Portal
Our returns policy; which is in addition to your statutory rights, entitles you to a refund for products bought online or in-store with a valid receipt or parcel summary document within 30 days of receipt. For a refund, items must be unused/unworn with all tags attached, returned in the original packaging and in a re-saleable condition.

Which countries do you deliver to?

we ship to 180+ countries worldwide. We use several websites to keep delivery times fast and to ensure you see relevant products.

How do I get the estimated delivery cost?

Enter your address at the checkout to obtain an estimated shipping cost. This is worked out on the weight of the order.
