For all stocked items, orders will be processed within 48 hours from the time the order was placed. Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday or a holiday will be processed the following business day. Due to circumstances beyond our control such as delivery schedules of third-party services, your order may take longer to process. We cannot guarantee adjustments to orders after placement and may occur expenses

Closed for stock taking from 1st April – 2nd April
All US orders received before 29th April will be shipped as normal. Any
orders received after this will not be shipped until 3rd April.

Shipping times vary by delivery address. For Canada, shipping time is approximately 2 working days from the process date via FedEx or R&L Carriers, not including customs clearance. For delivery within the United States, shipping time is approximately 2 working days form the process date via Fedex. Please note that public holidays, national holidays and peak seasonal shipping periods could produce longer delivery times.
We cannot re-route an order once it has shipped from our warehouse. The order will have to be returned and a new order created.
For customers outside the US, all prices are exclusive of any local taxes and import duties which may be due. Please note that you may be required to pay any such taxes and duties before the authority releases your goods to you. Buster + Punch cannot be held responsible for the payment of any such taxes and duties nor any loss incurred by you as a result.
