Please inspect your purchase immediately upon delivery. If there is a problem with your order, contact our Customer Service team within three (3) days of receipt at [email protected]. If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect item, we will work with you to make things right.
We want you to be fully satisfied with every product that you purchase from Buster+Punch. If you are not satisfied with a product that you have purchased, you may return it within 14 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price, minus a restocking fee,the shipping, handling, gift box, and other charges where applicable. We ask that the product be unused, in original boxes (whenever possible), and with all original paperwork, parts and accessories in order to ensure full credit.
Within Buster+Punch.US unfortunately, we do not accept exchanges at any time. You must return your product within 14 days of delivery. At that time, a refund will be credited to the original method of payment. You then can re-order a new product on www.busterandpunch.com/us.

Custom or special order products
You can expect a full refund of the purchase price and applicable taxes, minus the shipping and restocking fee. The restocking fee is calculated as a percentage of the purchase price dependent on the product purchased and as set out in the table below:

A refund will be made, where applicable, in the same form of payment originally used for the purchase.
RETURNING AN ITEM
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We are not responsible for lost or goods damaged by the delivery company.
Approved Returns are accepted only at our warehouse; with the proper Return Authorization (RA) reference information clearly marked on the outside of the parcel being returned. Returns made without the proper RMA will not be accepted.
Provided we are able to accept your return we will email you a Returns Authority and provide details of our warehouse address to which the return must be sent.
Please be aware that furniture is susceptible to damage during transit. We take great care to pack shipments so that they will arrive safely, so be sure to retain the original packing materials, original receipt and all merchandise tags for any item that you wish to return to us. You may have to provide supplementary packing materials if the outer carton or crate has been worn or damaged by you or during the original trip out to you.
Before sending the return shipment, please include your receipt or proof of purchase and remove all extra labels from the outside of the package. Once your item has been delivered, please allow 5-7 days processing time within the warehouse for them to inspect, scan and process the return. Please also take notice, it is to the discretion of your bank on how long it takes for it to show up on your credit card statement.
