Create your own skyline

Caged lights by Buster + Punch

I wanted to create a lighting range that would provide people with a steel framework that can be used as building blocks to alter your interior landscape.

Massimo Minale, founder and creative director, Buster + Punch.

CAGED is a bold light that informs its surroundings and gives off a strong, architectural vibe. It’s the balance of materials in its construction that gives Caged its form. A strict angular matt black steel cage gives the impression of volume but remains airy and light, with a thick stone foundation offering strength and a dash of colour. It’s as much a piece of architecture as it is a piece of functional decoration.

CAGED is composed of eight wall and ceiling light options with finishes including a moody flamed black granite, and a pristine polished white marblel. It’s a great energy saver as well, powered by dimmable warm white LEDs giving off a soft ambient light, and held by a weighty, matt black, knurled metal lamp holder. The piece is finished with our signature, matching matt black penny screws.

While CAGED is a strong presence when styled on its own, it becomes a dynamic force when combined in different clusters and heights as its architectural references reveal themselves.

For smaller spaces, explore small or medium CAGED WALL options with matching CAGED CEILING lamps to give added coherence to a room. If you’re looking to amp things up in a larger interior, large or x-large wall lamps paired with multi-light Caged Ceiling lights are a potent combination.

Released in 2017 and inspired by the ever-changing architecture of London’s skyline, CAGED lights are a versatile favourite in our lighting range.

And the elongated lines of Caged Ceiling 5.0 are the perfect feature for kitchens, hung above breakfast bars, kitchen islands, or work surfaces.
