It takes some commitment to go against the grain and let darker tones dominate a space filled with an abundance of light. But grand interior gestures never came from playing things safe, and the owners of this Victorian townhouse have embraced their dark side without loosing their home’s integrity.
Designed by Neil Norton Design, the kitchen features lavish floor to ceiling wraparound storage inspired by the adjacent period living room, granite topped units, an oversized Compaq Ice Black splashback and recessed Buster + Punch CAGED lighting. The addition of the sliding library ladder gives a light dash of quirky humour to the sober palette. Buster + Punch is again on hardware duty with the crowd pleasing BLACK finish.
