Thank you for your interest in becoming a Buster + Punch Trade Brand Ambassador with a direct-purchase account. Buster + Punch will perform a number of checks to establish the validity of your business and trade practice. All goods purchased via a trade account must be commercially traded in the normal course of your business activities.

Verification and Business Status
We validate your company and business status as a trade professional with at least one of the following requirements:

  • Valid membership to a major design organization (e.g ASID, IIDA, AIA, NKBA, IDC)
  • Interior Design Certification (e.g NCIDQ, CCIDC)
  • Valid Business License that verifies the validity of the business as an Interior Design, Architect or Home Contractor based business.
  • International applications are accepted with the equivalent of US Trade organizations.
  • Business License

In addition, we look at your company website to view your professional services offered, product or furnishings offered, style and design sensibility - to check that our products are a suitable fit for your business. We also look at projects, customer feedback and the level of customer service you achieve.

Minimum Order

There is a minimum initial order value of $200.00 that must be met or your order will be subject to a service fee of $25.00. In addition, each direct-purchase trade account is required to purchase a minimum of $2,000.00 per year. Failure to meet this requirement may result in the closure of your trade account and/or will require the re-enrolment process.

No Credit Terms

We do not offer open credit terms. Payment may be made by credit card via our website and must be paid in full before shipment of your order.

Processing of Orders

We require 48 hours to process an order for shipping. The order will then be shipped via 2-day FedEx service. If a priority fulfilment and shipment is required, an additional fee may be required. Please check with our Buster + Punch representative at: [email protected]

Visit a Buster + Punch Authorized Showroom Dealer/Retailer

If you would like to visit one of our showroom dealers where you can see our range of products, we encourage a visit – but we kindly request that you do business with that dealer directly. These showroom dealers have made an investment in our brand and they support their trade professional clientele. To find an authorized dealer or retailer near you please contact us at [email protected] and we will be happy to direct you to a location in your marketplace (if they exist).

Please note that trade orders cannot be placed until your application has been accepted. This may take up to 5 business days.

Once your application has been submitted, Buster + Punch will email you our complete Trade Ambassador program to review.
